Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to ensure your music equipment reaches you in a timely manner. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 working days (UK only).

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 working days (UK only).

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receiving payment.

  • Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the UK and selected international destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

4. Shipping Delays

  • We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, but occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes during peak times.

  • If you have not received your order within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rhodemusic. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process, subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Musical equipment (including instruments, microphones, etc.) must not have been tampered with or modified.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened products, including but not limited to, headphones, earphones, and any consumables (e.g., strings, cables, etc.).

  • Special Orders: Any custom-made or special-ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact@rhodemusic.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • You will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the item you want to exchange for when contacting our customer service team. We will process your exchange once the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing your claim.

6. International Returns

  • For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues with lost or damaged goods.
